I am thrilled to share a significant chapter in my career journey – the launch of Davos Commercial Group, bringing over 19 years of real estate expertise to the table!
🏢 About My Journey: For nearly two decades, I served as the Principal Broker at Smartspace, LLC (www.smart-space.com), a journey that took me from the fundamentals of real estate, to learning the management and construction side, and in charge of leasing, and transactions a few years in. Overseeing a portfolio of 13 office buildings, diverse projects like land and redevelopment deals, and even ventures into the restaurant industry, I've been a part of over 150 lease and sale transactions in my career.
🏡 Real Estate Investment Portfolio: Beyond my corporate role, I delved into real estate investment. Today, I proudly own and self-manage a portfolio of rental houses, primarily single-family homes, and successfully operate several Airbnb’s. Additionally, I am a proud owner and manager of a commercial building in collaboration with partners, and even participate in multiple multi-family syndicates in Tennessee and Alabama.
💼 Consulting Services: As I embark on this new chapter, Davos Commercial Group aims to offer a range of services. From consulting on real estate matters, connecting individuals, facilitating commercial and residential deals, to assembling investment opportunities, my goal is to leverage my extensive experience to benefit clients and partners alike.
